Video Example

This video was created with Final Cut Pro X, Garage Band, Adobe Photoshop Elements 9, and Adobe Flash CS5, as well as public domain archival footage and historic photographs from and The National Archives.

Garage Band was used to record all of the narration, the royalty free images and footage was then matched to the audio in Final Cut, with some editing being done in Photoshop. Some of the images have arrows move across them, which was done using the motion and shape tween in Flash. The soundtrack is a collection of music that was found on the internet and is royalty free. It was cut using Final Cut Pro. I will be posting screen casts about how to use these tools in the next series of tutorials here at Web Whiz.
