Website Tools: The YouTube Subscribe Widget.

Welcome to Web Whiz! If you have a YouTube channel, then you should add a YouTube Subscribe widget to your website. A subscribe widget looks like this:

When someone subscribes to your YouTube channel they get an update every time you upload a new video, as well as every time you post into your feed. Watch this video to learn more, or continue reading:

In order to add the widget, simply type this string of html code into your post, page, or sidebar:

<iframe src=”http://www.youtube.com/subscribe_widget?p=webwhiz1″
style=”overflow: hidden; height: 105px; width: 300px; border: 0;”
scrolling=”no” frameBorder=”0″>
</iframe>

You can then replace webwhiz1 with the name of your own YouTube channel and adjust the height and width of the widget to fit in your website.
